Vice Chair
Georbert Athoo is an Information Technology graduate from Kenyatta University with 13 years of vast practical experience in Information System Design with deep expertise and career growth in web based and application systems development and testing.
He has participated in the design, development and implementation of several business digital enterprise solutions, including ERP, eBoard, eHR eLearning, eShop, across several business environment. He has implemented and integrated scalable solutions, system deployments and backend support services, giving clients flexibility and performance. He has provided system maintenance, suppor and migrations, ensuring client websites/apps remain secure, up-to-date, and performant.
He has worked across the full web-service stack: from front-end web design and user interfaces, through backend logic, to server and hosting configuration making sure each project is robust, stable, and aligned with client needs. Georbert is a certified Information System Tester and is currently an information technologist at the Catholic University in Computer Science Department.

CPA Hillary Mulu
Treasurer
CPA Hillary Kyalo Mulu is the Treasurer of CUEASACCO.
He is also the Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA), where he provides strategic leadership in internal audit, risk management, governance, compliance, and institutional assurance. He plays a key role in strengthening internal controls, safeguarding assets, enhancing accountability, and promoting effective risk management across the University.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting from the University of Nairobi. His academic background combines strong technical expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management with advanced knowledge of strategic management, corporate finance, and organizational leadership.
He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK) and an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and the Institute of Internal Auditors Kenya (IIA-Kenya).
Drawing on his extensive academic qualifications and professional experience, he serves as a trusted advisor to the University Council and senior management on matters relating to governance, risk management, compliance, and financial stewardship. His leadership contributes to institutional resilience, operational effectiveness, and alignment with statutory requirements and international best practices.
